GRETNA — A woman claims that the car she was riding in was struck by a negligent driver.
Delmy Ramos-Lopez filed a suit on April 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Daniel Cabellero, Andrea Baca-Ramos, Delta Region Coffee Service Inc. and Imperial Fire and Casualty Insurance Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on April 4, 2017 when she allegedly was a passenger in Baca-Ramos' vehicle, which allegedly was struck by Caballero's car at a gas station.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Cristian P. Silva in Harvey.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
