GRETNA — A woman claims that she fell on a sidewalk next to a Verizon Wireless store.
Susanne Gioiello filed a suit on April 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place when she allegedly fell due to a uneven section of sidewalk next to the store.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Alaina E. Brandhurst of Morris Bart LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
