NEW ORLEANS — A company claims that another company trespassed on its property.
Silviano Properties LLC filed a lawsuit on March 29 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against TYTYVM LLC, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant trespassed on its property and failed to take the necessary steps to ensure that it was completing work on a property that was in its possession.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Jerry W. Sullivan of Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan & Dupre in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
