GRETNA – A woman claims she was caused to slip and fall in her apartment.
Dionne Phenix filed a suit April 10 against WestWego Apartments LLC and Western World Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on July 17, 2017 when the plaintiff was in her WestWego Apartment at 2139 Highway 90 when she was caused to slip and fall on water that was on the floor in her apartment.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Julie Duhe-Keating in Metairie.
