GRETNA – A loan company is seeking over $2,900 from two customers.
GulfCo of Louisiana LLC, dba Tower Loan of Cut Off, filed a suit April 10 against Benton Ratliff and Peggy Ratliff, aka Peggy K. Ratliff, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,950.33 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gray McCraw III of Rogers, Carter & Payne LLC in Shreveport.
