NEW ORLEANS — A man claims that he was caused to fall due to the alleged negligence of property owners.
Brian Anthony filed a lawsuit on April 9 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against AHG Solutions LLC and Amber Hess, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Dec. 1 while he allegedly was on Hess' property. The suit states that he allegedly was caused to trip and fall due to a large gap and poor lighting in a walkway.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney A. Spencer Gulden of Morris Bart LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
