NEW ORLEANS – A woman claims she was caused to slip and fall on a substance.
Angelina Elder filed a lawsuit April 16 against University Healthcare System LC, dba Tulane University Hospital and Clinic, aka Tulane Medical Center in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 16, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the University Healthcare System and was caused to slip and fall on a foreign substance.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Ryan Hughes of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
