NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages after he fell from a ladder.
Kingsley Frank filed a lawsuit April 16 against LN Circle LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on June 9, 2017, claiming that the plaintiff was injured when he was using a ladder to install cables at 5000 Old Gentilly Road. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused to fall when the ladder slipped because of moisture that was on the ground.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Brian King of The King Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.
