Bank seeks over $7,800 from video company

GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $7,800 in sums due.

American Express National Bank filed a suit April 17 against Robert L. Shirley and Adventure Video Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the balance due of $7,886.25 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilbert Gonzalez Jr. of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Stephen Grefer.
