American Express claims account holder owes more than $15,000

GRETNA – American Express is seeking over $15,000.

American Express National Bank filed a suit April 23 against Sherry A Green in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $15,292.48 plus interest, claiming that the defendant was negligent.

The defendant is accused of open account

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gilbert Gonzales Jr. of The DeGrasse Law Firm in Baton Rouge

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
