PJ Operations LLC and York Risk Services Group allegedly failed to reimburse man for workplace injury

GRETNA — A man claims that he was never reimbursed for a workplace injury.

Jacob Chatelain filed a suit on April 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against PJ Operations LLC and York Risk Services Group, alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Feb. 5, 2017 when he was employed by PJ Operations LLC. He claims that he was assaulted while in at work. His finger allegedly was broken in the attack. But when he filed an incident report with the defendants, his claim allegedly was not reimbursed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is representing himself.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783268.
