GRETNA — A company is seeking nearly $2,000 in sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit on May 1 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brian Williams, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,973.16, plus interest.
