GRETNA — A man is seeking damages, claiming that he was attacked at a barber shop.
Omar Hamdan filed a suit on May 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jadallah Saed, Rashid and KHT Investment LLC for allegedly failing to provide him with a safe environment.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on May 11. The suit claims that Saed head-butted him while he was getting his hair cut at a barber shop that is operated by Rashid and located on property owned by KHT Investment LLC.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David W. Nance of the David W. Nance Law Firm in New Orleans.
