GRETNA — A woman claims that she was caused to slip and fall at a restaurant.
Olga Marks filed a suit on May 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Krugler Inc. d/b/a Ground Pat'i Grille & Bar and Burlington Insurance Company, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Oct. 1 when she allegedly was caused to slip and fall at Ground Pat'i Grille & Bar.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Max M. Chotto in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
