GRETNA — A bank is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
Barclays Bank Delaware filed a suit on May 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Blair Guidry, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking $2,866.68, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
