GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
GulfCo of Louisiana LLC d/b/a Tower Loan of Cut Off filed a suit on May 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Marc D. Dix and Nadine Brooks Dix, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,284.85, plus interest, claiming that the defendants were negligent in failing to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gray H. McCraw III of Rogers, Carter & Payne LLC in Shreveport.
