Capital One claims that Jefferson Parish resident owes it over $1,700

GRETNA — Capital One is seeking more than $1,500 from a Jefferson Parish resident.

Capital One Bank filed a suit on May 11 against Shannon Hubble in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $1,761.99, plus interest, claiming that the defendant failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 783723.
