NEW ORLEANS — A man claims that he was harassed by a company.
Miguel Suriano filed a lawsuit on May 7 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against French Health Spa Inc. d/b/a French River Fitness, alleging harassment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that he received unwanted text messages from the defendant that encouraged him to make purchases.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Roberto Luis Costales of Beaumont Costales LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
