NEW ORLEANS — A company is seeking more than $28,000 in sums due.
Outfront Media LLC filed a lawsuit on May 9 against Gray Law Group LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $28,350, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph E. Fick Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
