GRETNA — A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly fell through the floor of her home.
Kenisha Farlough filed a suit on May 16 against Lloyds of London Insurance Company and Bellemont Apartment Homes in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on May 18, 2018 when she was walking into her apartment and the concrete allegedly collapsed beneath her, causing her to fall through the floor.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Marie C. Williams in New Orleans.
