GRETNA — Capital One is seeking over $3,000 from a Jefferson Parish resident.
Capital One Bank filed a suit on May 11 against Brett Gagliano in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff claims that it is owed $3,090.17, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
