Triple G Supply seeks $75,000 payment for construction supplies

GRETNA – A supply company claimed in a May 22 lawsuit filed in the 24th Judicial District Court that a customer failed to pay more than $74,000 due on an open account.

According to the complaint, Triple G Supply Inc. is seeking payment of damages after defendant James E. Book Sr. allegedly failed to pay the $74,993.93 balance due on an account used for the purchase of construction supplies. The company is also seeking payment of interest at a rate of 1.5 percent per month from the time the payment was originally due until the balance is paid.

In addition, Triple G is seeking payment of all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. Triple G is represented by Jon S. McGill Sr. of The Law Offices of Jon S. McGill LLC in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
