A woman claims that she was caused to slip and fall at a Bourbon Street establishment.

NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she was caused to slip and fall at a Bourbon Street establishment.

Sable Mongold filed a lawsuit on May 21 against Three Fifteen Bourbon Street LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on Feb. 20 when she was on the defendant's property and allegedly was caused to slip and fall on a slick substance on the ground.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Daniel B. Snellings in Morris Bart LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
