GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due.
JH Portfolio Debt Equities LLC filed a suit on May 29 against Thomas B. Davis Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,294.33, plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay the sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach. Fla.
