Bank of Louisiana claims that it is owed more than $50,000

GRETNA — A bank is seeking over $50,000.

Bank of Louisiana filed a suit on May 30 against Jascot Investments LLC and Rashanna Jasmine Scott in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $52,372.93, plus interest, claiming that the defendants have failed to pay off the sums allegedly due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert A. Mathis of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 784293.
