Suntrust Mortgage claims that it is owed more than $150,000

GRETNA — A company is seeking more than $150,000 in sums due.

Suntrust Mortgage filed a suit on May 30 against Eric Humble and Stacie Steele Humble in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $156,603.28, plus interest, claiming that the defendants failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 784304.
