GRETNA – A honeymooning couple claims a broken hotel bed led to injuries for both of them.
Karl Watson and Lacher Marshall Watson filed their negligence lawsuit May 25 against Kela Associates LLC, dba Hilton Garden Inn, Kenner-Airport Hotel and Liberty Mutual First Insurance Company in the 24th Judicial District Court in Gretna.
According to the claim, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for an incident which took place on June 4, 2017 when the plaintiffs were on their honeymoon and were at thehotel when their bed broke and caused them both injuries.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
