NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she fell into a hole at Champions Square.
Stephanie Carra filed a lawsuit on May 23 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Zeila LLC, SMG and the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that allegedly took place on March 5 when she allegedly was caused to fall into an unmarked hole at Champions Square.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney A. Spencer Gulden.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
