Capital One claims man owes more than $5,500 in past due credit card payments

GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA claims that it is owed more than $5,000 in connection with an open credit card account.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit June 1 against Kevin Viviano in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $5,524.46 plus interest. Capital One alleges that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for sums due.

The bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
