GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA), NA filed a lawsuit June 1 against Samuel J. Farmer in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging that the defendant owes more than $9,000 under an open credit card account.
According to the complaint, Capital One is seeking $9,737.37 in damages plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the amounts due on the open account.
The bank is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
