Man alleges he was injured in fall at Boomtown Belle Casino

GRETNA – A man claims that he was injured in a slip and fall at a Jefferson Parish casino.

Frank Caronna filed a suit June 4 against Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., doing business as Boomtown Belle Casino, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.

According to the claim, the plaintiff alleges he was at the defendant's premises June 16, 2017, and was caused to slip and fall in the men's restroom on the third floor.

The defendant is alleged to have failed to properly maintain the premises and failed to work its guests of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William E. Mura Jr. and Warren A. Forstall Jr.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 784428.
