GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $7,000 allegedly due on an open account.
The bank filed a lawsuit June 11 against Susan Heflin in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging that she has failed to pay $7,807.79 plus interest due on the account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
