GRETNA – Lingo Mechanical LLC is seeking damages after a client allegedly breached a contract with the company.
Lingo Mechanical filed a lawsuit June 28 against Verius Property Group LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant failed to pay for HVAC installation services rendered within 14 days of service.
The plaintiff is seeking $36,240 allegedly still due under the contract, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey Siemssen of Nicaud & Sunseri LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
