Southeastern Louisiana University seeks more than $2,500 from former student

GRETNA – Southeastern Louisiana University claims a former student owes more than $2,500.

University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors, through Southeastern Louisiana University, filed a lawsuit May 24 against Will Gould, also known as Will Lee Gould, in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the lawsuit, the defendant has an outstanding balance of $2,522.25 plus interest and has failed to pay off the amount due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Amy Richard of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
