GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA is seeking payment of more than $3,000 allegedly owed on a consumer credit card account.
Capital One filed a lawsuit June 1 against Zylkia Lozano in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, Lozano's account has a balance of $3,363,01 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
