GRETNA – LVNV Funding LLC filed a lawsuit June 29 in an attempt to recover $1,471.69 allegedly owed on a Bankcard account.
According to the complaint filed in the 24th Judicial District Court, Ralph Price has failed to pay off the balance due on the open Bankcard account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
