GRETNA – A university is seeking damages of more than $2,500.
University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through the University of New Orleans filed a suit July 2 against Stefan C. Luck in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,506.75 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner.
