NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages for an incident in which he was caused to fall due to an allegedly faulty railing.
Larry Johnson filed a lawsuit March 9 against Republic Housing LLC, dba Holly Park Apartments, and Arch Insurance Co. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on May 1, 2017, claiming that the defendant was negligent in managing the property. The suit states the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall due to a faulty railing.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Brian King of The King Firm LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.
