NEW ORLEANS – Trane is seeking more than $24,000 from a contractor.
Trane Commercial filed a lawsuit March 23 against Mid-South Mechanical Contractors Inc. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $24,136.93 plus interest, claiming the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Gilbert Gonzalez Jr of The DeGrasse Law Firm PC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher Bruno.
