NEW ORLEANS – A woman is seeking damages, claiming that she was injured in a slip and fall.
Delicia Bloyer filed a lawsuit March 22 against Sizemore Properties LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on April 20, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the defendant's property at 534 Frenchmen St. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall on the ground due to a puddle.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Adam Bosson of Morris Hart LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.
