Capital One files court action seeking over $2,200

GRETNA – Capital One claims that they are owed more than $2,200 from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a suit May 11 against Stacy L. Bragg in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,250.56 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
