GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $280,000 in sums due.
Gulf Coast Bank and Trust filed a suit July 16 against Genbuilt Co. Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $288,804.46 plus interest, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Wayne Maoirana Jr.
