GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking over $150,000.
Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit July 25 against Mark A. Soden Jr., aka Mark Soden Jr., in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $150,340.09, claiming that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
