GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly tripped and fell at a clinic.
Darnell Terral filed a lawsuit July 26, in the 24th Judicial District Court, against Ochsner Clinic Foundation, alleging negligence.
According to the claim, Terral allegedly fell on the defendant's property on June 23, 2016, claiming she tripped on a crack on a step.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jim Hall of Jim Hall & Associates in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
