NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking more than $124,000 allegedly owed by a client.
Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC filed a lawsuit July 26 against W. Dale Behan, Dale E. Behan, Hermitage Newark LLC and Hermitage Operating LLC, which does business as Endurance Sand, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the complaint, the defendants owe $124,875.78 plus interest and have failed to pay the plaintiff for services issued.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Paul Masinter of Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel Julien.
