GRETNA – M. Lombardi Properties LLC is seeking approval to seize and sell a mortgaged property on which a borrower allegedly owes more than $91,000.
M. Lombardi Properties made the request July 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court to sell Vincent Art Supply Inc.'s property.
According to the filing, Vincent Art Supply owes $91,515.29 plus interest and has failed to keep up with payments.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Robert Mathis of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
