NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages after he was allegedly hit by a car.
Roger Novillo filed a lawsuit July 25 against Omni Hotels Management Corp., Parking Management Services Inc. and a John Doe defendant in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, a driver working for Parking Management Services allegedly hit Novillo on July 26, 2017. The plaintiff claims he suffered severe physical injuries and mental distress.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. He is represented by Danatus King in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.
