NEW ORLEANS – A husband and wife are seeking damages after the wife allegedly tripped and fell at a facility owned by The Kearney Cos. Inc.
Sabrina Robertson and Walther Robertson filed a lawsuit July 30 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, Sabrina Robertson allegedly tripped and fell in a hole in a walkway on Aug. 1, 2017 when she was visiting her husband at the defendant's property.
The plaintiffs seek all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and all appropriate relief. They are represented by Danatus King in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
