GRETNA – American Sprinkler Co is seeking more than $33,000 in sums due.
American Sprinkler Co. Inc. filed a suit July 31 against Broke Cane LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $33,839.71 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due for services issued. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
