JHPDE Finance 1 of California seeks over $1,500, alleging past due credit card bill

GRETNA – JHPDE Finance 1 of California is suing Afari Kouakou for more than $1,500, claiming it is owed money on a late Aadvantage credit card bill.

The lawsuit was filed on Aug. 9, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due. The plaintiff is seeking damages for an alleged past due Aadvantage credit card bill of $1,529.02 plus interest,. The plaintiff is alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant, who allegedly defaulted on the bill, is accused of sums due. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 786500.
